Nowadays everyone seems to be concerned about money laundering. Going green is definitely a good idea. I have a friend who is absolutely obsessed with this recycling / reuse trend. As in other cities that are not found often, but recently lived, visited my home. She was absolutely thrilled with my furniture. I was added to over and over again my wonderful ideas for recycling.
Looking around the house ---- and I mean really looking --- I realized what I had just taken forgranted. I think recycling to create themes for my room! So let's do a tour of my home ...
In the kitchen there is an old jewelry box necklace, I've re-designed in a keychain, with a revolving door and "grape". He looks ancient grapes, which (cluster I are recycled beads from the dollar store for Christmas) and I sanded and painted with a sponge holder game.
I also moved within a bedroom closet, I have storage. Hand crocheted potholdersand dish cloths are spread on top. second-hand shops have been the source of small ornamental shelves on the counter and the bottle of wine wicker.
One child was saved a mirror dresser Store out of business for € 4.00. After the data from an old candy molds and plaster cherub, I stuck to the edges of the mirror, painted all black, shiny spot to look aged and highlighted with gold. a mirror, you could buy from a specialty furnitureShop!
Turning to the living room ... Since my husband was Indian, I decided to go with a / theme of the south-west of India. I'm painting with a fake effect right on white walls. I wrapped a scarf sheer window, complete with fabric roses with rubber straps and hooks that were already there. No sticks!
A long life was painted cloth attached to the walls and install a door of the room (it's a wonderful place to put garbage out of the reach of my grandchildren). DreamShips and images directly from the local Thrift Shop, on the walls. A little 'pots of paint and the little that I saved from my neighbors dumpster a nice detail. I updated and plaster plaques in a dollar store frame with springs and additional buttons for accents. My favorite is the big booty that hangs over my door. I picked up the vine (the court) in bundles, securing with rubber bands, then I get a second.
I have twoRubber combined with the heavy end of the line and twine. My name a couple of pine cones and glued to "hide" a bow of raffia, the mixture is sprayed lightly with gold spray paint, let dry and shrinks the view in the living room. The sofa and the majority of free-standing shelves were cast off saved. I will not say this to boast of my house ---- I'd like to see that you too can do this in your homes.
I have all kinds of ideas are given. There is an endless source of ideas andHow-To is all around you. Look at bookstores, libraries, internet. Enter a question Go ogle time! Look in magazines, in your homes, neighbors (ask permission first enter). You will be amazed at what can be this spirit with you!
Make your house a home! And think about the environment in the process.
